My family is what I like to call special, and we have our own brand of quirkiness; some things I love and other things just make me wonder about us...... However in the midst of the craziness there are traditions that I hold sacred. One of my favorite traditions is that every year for every birthday my Dad makes a sign for the celebrant. Once the sign goes up, the birthday celebration can begin. It's sweet to experience such simple traditions again at home with my family!
